Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue, and make it right. Please contact us at wehelp@VibrantlyLayered.co within 5 days of delivery. Emails will need to include your order number, a description of the damage, and pictures to verify. We at Vibrantly Layered are dedicated to helping you in any way.
You choose! Let us know if you would like a replacement if the product is deemed damaged or a store credit to be used at your convenience.
If your product is not deemed damaged, you will not receive a replacement or a store credit.
If you return any items to Vibrantly Layered which are not eligible for return, no refund/replacement or store credit will be offered, nor will your items be returned to you.
