Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact us at wehelp@VibrantlyLayered.co within 5 days of delivery. Emails will need to include your order number, a description of the damage, and pictures to verify. We at Vibrantly Layered are dedicated to helping you in any way.
You choose! Let us know if you would like a replacement (if the product is deemed damaged) or a store credit to be used at your convenience.
If your product is not deemed damaged, you will not receive a replacement or a store credit.
If you return any items to Vibrantly Layered that are not eligible for return, no refund, replacement, or store credit will be offered, and the items will not be returned to you.

While we make every effort to ship packages on time, we are unfortunately not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside of our control, such as severe weather conditions or carrier errors. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

If you have not received your products within the estimated shipping time, please track your package and confirm its status. If the tracking information appears abnormal, please contact us so we can assist you.
