If you haven't received your products during the estimated shipping time, please track and confirm the status of your package. If the status of the tracking information is abnormal, please contact us so we can help!

Sometimes, tracking information can be delayed,and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive. We hope this information helps!
TRACKING & SHIPPING INSURANCE
All orders will be provided with a tracking number once the package has been shipped. Customers will receive the tracking details via email so they can monitor the delivery status of their order.
Shipping insurance depends on the carrier used for delivery. If insurance is available, it may be included by the carrier or offered as an additional option. Customers are encouraged to review the carrier’s insurance policy for further details.
